Required skills & experience: 1. Must have at least 5 years Paramedic experience 2. 3-5 years experience through EMS agency, hospital, clinic, etc. in a supervisory role 3. High emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills; ability to develop deep and trusting relationships with the Responder team 4. NREMT and SNHD Certification – Paramedic 5. BLS and ACLS certification 6. Must be from American Heart Association or America Red Cross-approved provider State driver’s license and auto insurance What you need to know: 1. Have access to company's continuing education and professional development courses 2. Current schedule equivalent to 40 hours per week, working one weekend every third week 3.
