The Network Engineer, Managed Services focuses primarily on handling all of our Tier 2 support for our internal Network Managed Services clients. This person is responsible for the installation, maintenance, & support of client network infrastructures. Works with minimal supervision and is responsible to make an established range of decisions, escalates to manager when necessary & updates manager on a regular basis. Required skills & experience (the “must haves” to be considered) - Focused network background w/ clear understanding of network principals (route/switch) – i.e. EIGRP, OSPF, BGP - Ability to work in team settings and with limited direction - Multiple years troubleshooting experience w/ Cisco platforms including ASA, Nexus, Catalyst etc Nice to have: - Supporting environments across multiple vendor platforms - Prior experience supporting large DMVPN topologies - Experience w/ Palo Alto, Fortinet, Meraki What you need to know - This is a contract to hire role based in Brentwood, TN - There is no relocation offered at this time- Local candidates only - This role will be an awesome role for someone that likes to have a mix of troubleshooting and solving issues, pre-sales, network architecture/design, implementation, etc. Important things to know: - Competitive salary, benefits - Opportunity for growth - Fun, fast paced environment
