    • Working in an e-Commerce Environment
  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • 1+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
    • Employee Relations
    • Diversity
    • Sunrise Performance Management
    • Employment Laws
    • Recruitment Strategies and Techniques
    • Employment Agency Methods and Operations

  • Valid Professional in Human Resources (PHR)
  • Valid SHRM

We are seeking a Senior Associate, HR (Evening Shift) provide general Human Resource support and assist the HR Manager in administering procedures and policies through the Distribution Center in Totowa, NJ.
