• Human Resources (3+ years)
• 3+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
  • Working in a Food Manufacturing/Production Environment
  • Working in a CPG envrionment
  • Working in an e-Commerce Environment
• Bachelor's degree or higher
• 1+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
  • Employee Relations
  • Diversity
  • Sunrise Performance Management
  • Employment Laws
  • Recruitment Strategies and Techniques
  • Employment Agency Methods and Operations

• Valid Professional in Human Resources (PHR)
• Valid SHRM
• Do you have experience working with/supporting Hourly Employees? If yes, how many employees do you have experience supporting?
• What Shift would you prefer to work: 12-8pm or 1-9pm EST (this is a Night position)?

We are seeking a Senior Associate, HR (Evening Shift) provide general Human Resource support and assist the HR Manager in administering procedures and policies through the Distribution Center in Totowa, NJ.
