The Senior Technical Analyst collaborates with customers to create requirements specifications, establish test plans and define test data patterns. Serves as a trusted advisor during Product functionality and API exploration sessions. Makes business process implementation recommendations as well as coordinates delivery. Minimum Qualifications • Four-year degree with a high interest in CS, CE, EE or another related field. • At least 3 years' experience in the health insurance industry. • 5+ years of progressive experience with requirements gathering and analysis for enterprise applications, preferably in health insurance. • Excellent analysis, consulting and communication skills. • Experience in customer-facing roles on professional services engagements. • Experience working on the Linux operating system. Responsibilities • Lead definition of interfaces and processes • Conduct work-breakdown of tasks • Conduct detailed designs • Complete test data creation and functional testing tasks • Perform peer reviews of features • Assist in release management and bug triaging • Execute configuration migration process and other readiness technical task • Effectuate data loads for UAT readiness and during UAT as requested by the UAT plan • Support resolution of UAT identified issues and their triage • Smoke testing • Leads completion of the Implementation Operational Information and (for Support team) and companion spreadsheet for feeds • Contributes authoring the Implementation Operational Information and (for Support team) and companion spreadsheet for feeds • Performs configuration migration process and other PROD readiness technical task. • Performs data loads for PROD readiness • Perform all job functions consistent with HealthEdge policies and procedures, including those which govern handling PHI and PII
