Overview

Our client is searching for a Financial Due Diligence Analyst to fill a permanent role in Dallas, TX. This role does require in office work, as well as travel to visit clients when needed, not typically more than 2 days at a time. The ideal candidate will be an excellent verbal and written communicator with a sense of urgency to help drive the company services to the client. QuickBooks(Preferred) Primary responsibilities for this role include working on quality of earnings projects and you may, be asked to assist on a variety of other healthcare engagements, including business and securities valuations, mergers and acquisitions, strategic consulting engagements, and a variety of related projects. On a daily basis you will participate in pre-transaction quality of earnings engagements, providing financial due diligence assistance and advisory services to publicly traded healthcare companies, large health systems, private equity investors, and investment banks across the U.S. You will build financial models to analyze and synthesize company data to identify historical and projected financial and operational trends, quality of earnings, working capital considerations, and potential liabilities and underlying risks impacting the target company. You will also follow up with management at target companies to effectively assess and communicate the company’s quality of earnings, net assets, and cash flows. Finally, you will develop comprehensive quality of earnings reports and supporting schedules.
