  • leading a Customer Success team of 6+ in growth-stage (3+ years)
  • 3+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
    • Successfully delivering on NRR and adoption targets as a manager
    • Salesforce
    • Tableau
    • Leading a Customer Success team in a SaaS startup environment
