In this role, you'll: • Be a key player of our leadership team and report directly into our Chief Executive Officer • Be responsible for scaling our team and building a culture that will attract top talent • Build an exceptional team of people operations and talent pros to help our company and its provider group achieve its hiring and retention goals • Suggest and implement best-in class tools, and own the end-to-end management of our ATS • Create Mantra's performance review and eNPS process, and work with the leadership team to take action on the results • Review, revise, and administer a comprehensive range of employee benefit programs • Facilitate exceptional cultural and onboarding initiatives/experiences for our NYC office, but also our virtual team Requirements We are looking for a Head of People with: • 7+ years of people operations/HR/TA experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role, preferably at a healthtech company • 3+ years experience successfully managing at least 2 direct reports • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills • Strategic perspective combined with creativity to create experiences that allows our employees to grow • Ability to manage the people operations function and the talent acquisition function • A drive to create the future of mental health care Benefits Why join? • Highly competitive salary, stock option, and bonus • Great benefits, including health, dental, vision, and One Medical • Flexible on your location (work from the Bahamas for a few weeks?
