Required skills and experience: 1. Family or Internal Medicine Physicians only 2. MD strongly preferred, DO considered 3. Board Certified, required 4. VA license, strongly preferred 5. US educated, strongly preferred 6. 2 + years experience post medical school 7. Has primary care experience 8. Looking for a long-term commitment 9. Prefers relationship-based care 10. Understands it's not "easier" to practice small-panel concierge, just different (deeper, more thoughtful) 11. EMR savvy 12. No active Board actions, closed actions disclosed What you need to know: 1. Practice uses Athena EMR 2. Max panel size: 475 3. Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm, in clinic 4. Concierge/membership with insurance Interview process: 3-step interview process. Will meet with CMO, Chief Culture Officer and members of the Physician team. Job selling points: 1. Support of Marketing Sales, Billing, HR, and IT Teams 2. Dedicated Nurse 3. Shared referral coordinator 4. Comp increase as panel grows 5. 1 week CME each year 6. Competitive PTO 7. Free PMD memberships for physicians and their immediate family (spouse and children under 18) Additional job details: 1. Must be willing to take your own call 2. Telemedicine is available for certain cases i.e. if a patient is having respiratory complications and cannot come into office, but they also have members on the team to take telemedicine cases if you're not comfortable with it 3.
