Required skills and experience: Our client is searching for an IT Architect, ideally with Workday experience in the HCM, Benefits, Payroll and Compensation, Recruiting and Talent Management, Performance and Development, and Materials Management/Procurement/Inventory space. The role will require some travel to the Farmington, NM location, travel is budgeted and will be paid. Primary responsibilities for this role will include supporting SME's with questions on routing and resolution for Workday tickets; Coordinate, prepare and deliver trainings with SMEs related to process changes; Measure effectiveness of current process vs. solutions to improve flow; Participate in change management strategy; and administer change control for implemented solutions. Additionally, you will define the strategic vision and roadmap to continuously improve a broad and diverse suite of technologies, solutions and services; Generate project estimates as part of architectural roadmap for performance, scalability, sustainability and maintainability; Manage projects; Delegate work appropriately; and provide leadership that creates a respectful work environment where disagreements are addressed from all angles in the conversation.
