Required Skills and Experience: •Minimum of 2 years' of experience in leading small to medium sized projects to success •Must have knowledge and is comfortable driving the use of AGILE, Waterfall, and Scrum methodologies in all technology projects and programs •Effective leadership skills to drive projects to completion and strong interpersonal skills to build strong relationships across functions •Solid technical aptitude and an ability to understand technical designs, challenges, and risks. Engineers enjoy working closely with you. •Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple, shifting priorities •Prior experience at an early-stage company required, tech SaaS company strongly preferred •Blockchain technology, cryptocurrency, and financial technology (fintech) experience preferred What You Need to Know: •This is a full-time, remote opportunity to work with a fast-paced venture studio company who has successfully co-founded over a dozen startups •High-growth and looking for self-starters interested in decentralizing protocols and defying applications on the cutting edge of the cryptocurrency industry Benefits: •As a venture studio, you will own shares in the projects we create together •Work on the bleeding edge of decentralized technology alongside early-stage startups and some of the largest companies in the cryptocurrency industry •Fully remote and work-from-anywhere culture •Health, dental, and vision insurance •10 holidays and 3 weeks PTO accrued per year Additional Job Duties: •Collaborate with leaders to create and track documentation such as project plans, dependencies, budgets, key decisions, risks and mitigation strategies from setup to launch •Provide proactive communication on projects, programs, and results to the Leadership team and cross-functional partners •Drive the proper use of project management processes to ensure the excellent and timely quality of deliverables in collaboration with project teams •Responsible for facilitating daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo, backlog grooming / refinement and retrospective meetings •Support and educate the Product team, especially with respect to refining (i.e. grooming) and managing the product backlog, to ensure that the work is well understood so the team can continually make progress •Proactively build strong and trusted working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, motivating the project teams to take ownership and deliver on timeImprove team performance by identifying, managing, and eliminating team impediments
