Required skills and experience: •Salesforce ADM-201 Certification •Sales Cloud Certification •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance or other related fields •5+ years of experience with systems strategy, evaluation, configuration, or integration of sales technology systems and processes •5+ years administering Salesforce instances in a SaaS environment •A solid understanding of and detailed experience with the Salesforce.com architecture with demonstrated In-depth understanding of the capabilities and constraints present in at least one of the Salesforce clouds. •A proven ability to understand business processes and implement systems to enable those processes, as well as communicate complex concepts and ideas for non-technical people •Passion for creating and operationalizing processes that drive growth and efficiency  •Excellent written and verbal communication, and presentation skills  •Excellent time management, project management, and prioritization skills  •Ability to be a personable, collaborative, thoughtful, self-starter who is empathetic, tenacious and possesses a good sense of humor What you need to know: •Full-time opportunity with a global B2B intent platform powered by the world's largest publisher data co-op •Looking for folks who reside in one of these areas: NYC, Denver, Reno Interview process: (subject to change) •Phone conversation with recruiter •Video conversation with current CMO, possibly other leadership members •Final conversation Job selling points: •Full benefits including company equity package •Competitive compensation •High-growth company with leadership potential •Unlimited vacation days •Tuition assistance and annual learning stipend •401k match •Office space for when you want one (in NYC, Denver, Reno) Additional job details: •Manage Jira ticketing system; able to set realistic expectations, clearly communicate and manage any risks or issues that will impact on-time completion. •Own, maintain and optimize system architecture, record pages, page layouts, workflows and business processes based on best practices and business requirements. •Perform administrator functions such as user management, profiles, roles, permissions, approval processes. •Create and maintain end-user documentation including internal processes. •Maintain and manage Salesforce data quality and integrity. •Partner with Salesforce Business Analysts in building reports and dashboards. •Perform regular data updates and uploads using Data Loader. •Manage security including roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows and groups. •Assist in administering sales tech stack; Outreach, LeanData, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, LeadIQ, Gong.io.
