Required skills and experience: - 2+ years contract/temp staffing sales experience - 2+ years SaaS/software sales experience What do we really need? • Someone that knows how to sell contract staffing! • Someone excited about a different way of delivering contract labor • Someone excited about selling contract labor with transparent pricing vs solely focused on bill rate/margin • Proven ability to close contract staffing business. What you need to know: - This person will be solely focused on targeting contract labor opportunities in remote healthcare roles, high-volume general roles - this will not be going after niche needle-in-a-haystack roles like Locums or IT/Engineer. Interview process: - 3 discussions - 1st intro, 2nd deep dive, 3rd with CEO Job selling points: - Remote - Totally different take on filling contract roles (network model) + ability to sell labor market data application to help clients answer the questions they have every day - Bonus potential of 2-3X base salary - High-growth startup vibe vs traditional staffing environment
