In this role, you'll: • Be the fourth engineer at a well funded, high-velocity startup • Collaborate closely on a tight-knit team. • Be an advocate for best engineering practices, such as code review, automated testing, and end-of-sprint reflection. • Take a thoughtful approach to engineering that strikes a balance between code quality, flexibility, and time-to-market. • Play a key role in developing the future company culture and practices. • Possess a high degree of freedom in technical decisions.
