Required skills and experience: *Undergraduate degree in business or related field *Minimum 5-8years professional experience *Experience in channel marketing, trade marketing or customer development with a consumer package goods, durable consumer goods or similar company and leading a major retail customer account *Experience in B2C environment with strategic marketing, downstream marketing including campaign development and execution, product launches, promotion, advertising, digital marketing, pricing, channel management *Strong background of consistent career progression and advancement *Proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals *Prioritize and resource projects optimally *Strong attention to detail *Ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines *Travel Required – 30-40% What you need to know: *Execute channel marketing programs with measurable critical metrics and drive profitable growth across platforms via creation and maintenance of assortment portfolio by customer while considering pricing guidelines and strategies to avoid marketplace disruption / channel conflict. *Understands business, brand, and customer priorities and uses the planning process to find common ground *Builds the annual channel management planning process relative to specific customer and area of responsibility *Fiscal responsibilities include the collection and summarization of business risks and opportunities, tracks and maintains appropriate cost center budget elements, and communicates issues *Be the balance of voice of the customer internally and voice of Delta to the customer
