Required skills and experience: • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • Minimum of 2 years of of full cycle recruiting experience in a corporate environment • Experience with Digital Marketing, Tech roles or sales is required.NOT looking for healthcare/medical recruiting experience. • Remote tri-state working location preferred • Experience recruiting go-to-market roles, preferably Sales, • Superior interpersonal and communication skills, professional demeanor and ability to interact effectively with all levels of the company • BambooHR recruiting experience highly preferred but not essential • Experience scheduling interviews using RingCentral and Google calendar • Strong sourcing and headhunting experience, including expert LinkedIn Recruiter and networking skills • Strong organizational skills, and ability to prioritize workload • Must be able to handle pressure, and be comfortable working on multiple projects What you need to know: • Seeking a dynamic, hands on Talent Acquisition professional in our NYC Office to manage our company's recruitment function to hire for our New York office and remote positions across the United States. The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for sourcing, screening, and presenting a diverse pool of candidates for our Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Product and Tech teams. You're experienced in sourcing and identifying passive talent and providing an outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience. • Manage all full-cycle recruitment for open roles including: sourcing, screening, scheduling/coordinating interviews, gathering feedback from hiring managers, offer negotiation and providing timely update to candidates • Work closely with our CHRO and hiring managers to meet the high-volume recruiting initiatives • Maintain data input and status of recruitment activity in the company's ATS system (BambooHR) • Work closely with our People Operations and Culture • Generalist to ensure a seamless onboarding experience following the offer stage • Work with and manage relationships with selected recruiting vendors for contingent staffing needs • Actively promote roles within the company Slack channels to promote referral opportunities Interview process: • Phone interview with CHRO • In person interview with CHRO and People Operations-Culture Specialist • 1- 2 hiring manager team interviews • Video interview with CEO • Offer Job selling points: ● Awesome benefits including 4 weeks PTO, medical, dental, & 401K matching ● Summer Fridays (half days on Fridays) ● Training and career growth opportunities ● Remote-hybrid work opportunity
