Required skills and experience: ●2 - 3 years’ experience setting marketing strategy for B2B businesses ●Minimum 1 year of client-facing experience ●High proficiency with best practices for SEO, social media, email marketing, and blog writing ●Skilled at targeting specific goals, focused metrics and KPIs when setting strategy ●Experience with CRM (such as Hubspot, Salesforce) and website CMS (such WordPress) systems ●Stays in the know of new digital/media marketing techniques What you need to know: ●The Digital Marketing Strategist leads their clients’ campaigns, but also collaborates with clients’ internal stakeholders to maximize marketing efforts while reinforcing the client’s brand, digital presence, and voice. This role frequently leverages SEO, SEM, email, content development, social media, and paid advertising strategies for clients’ programs. ●Ideate and manage the development, delivery, and execution of customized digital marketing efforts for clients that address sales, marketing and lead nurturing funnel goals ●Act as main customer contact for a $500k+ ARR book of clients ●Recommend and implement new ideas and innovations to improve each digital channel as well as customer account performance ●Set project timelines and milestones ●Organize, manage, and prioritize projects with cross-functional teams for deliverable creation Nice to have: ●Agency experience ●Industrial/manufacturing industry knowledge ●Experience with SEO tools such as SEMRush, AHRefs ●Certifications for Hubspot (email, Inbound), Google Analytics, Google Ads, or project management ●Worked with Hubspot, WordPress websites, Basecamp or other project management software
