Developer - Bigdata Chicago, IL Full-Time We are seeking experienced dev professionals for a long-term Chicago, IL based position. You’ll have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment in a rapidly growing, dynamic organization. This position is responsible for developing, integrating, testing, and maintaining existing and new applications; knowing one or more programming languages; knowing one or more development methodologies / delivery models. Preferred skills and experience for this position: 1. Bachelor degree in Computer Science (or another job related degree) and 2 years of experience OR 3 years of experience in front-end development 2. Must have working experience with Developing programs running on Java/Python 3. Must demonstrate Hadoop best practices 4. Must have working experience in the data warehousing and Business Intelligence systems 5. SDLC Methodology (Agile / Scrum / Iterative Development) 6. Systems change / configuration management 7. Business requirements management 8. Must have experience working with Hadoop technologies 9. Candidates need Green Card or be US Citizens Top Reason to Love this Job: 1.
