Charge Nurse Full-time, Weekend- Day Shift (7am - 7pm) Austin, Texas Interested in a fast-paced, people-oriented nursing job? Becoming our next Charge Nurse might be the right fit for you! As one of the leader of the nursing team, you will help develop, implement, and manage excellent care plans for your patients, including the medical treatment and evaluation of patient treatment throughout the nursing team. Under the general supervision of the unit’s Director or designee the Charge Nurse assumes responsibility for direction and coordination of all functions in the unit on his/her designated shifts. In collaboration with other members of the management team, this individual is responsible for the ongoing assessment of the quality of patient care services provided in unit.
