Are you a Behavioral Health Nurse looking to work in Arkansas? We’d love to hear from you! We believe that a person’s emotional and mental well-being is equally important as the physical and are looking for a behavioral health registered nurse who shares this passion. This job is perfect for someone with excellent communication skills, with a strong desire to help patients prioritize and achieve lasting wellness in their own lives. You will provide and coordinate care by assessing physical and behavioral health needs of patient, develop and implement nursing care plans, maintain medical records and educate patients and their families about various physical and behavioral health conditions. Top "Must Have" Skills For The Job: 1. Graduation from an accredited school of nursing 2. Current Arkansas Nursing License 3. First Aid, BLS, de-escalation and restraint certification required (training available upon hire) 4. Prefer one year of nursing experience within behavioral health
