We are currently seeking an Epic Cogito Business Systems Analyst to join our team in Arlington, TX. In this position, you’ll be responsible for the overall success of analytics, for coordinating analytics tasks across all applications, and for leading Epic clinical reporting projects. Our ideal candidate has analytical and product management skills, including an advanced understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements. You’ll particularly thrive in this position if you are experienced in translating user requirements into detailed technical specifications and have participated in reviewing technical specifications and developing solutions. We’re also looking for someone who has performed systems administration/reporting/project management reporting applications (for example Reporting Workbench, Radar, and BOE applications). Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field required. 3. Epic Cogito PM Certification or obtained within 6 months of hire, certification preferred upon hire. 4. Knowledge of business intelligence tools, relational database, and data warehouse concepts. 5. Ability to write SQL queries for data exploration, analysis, at test case development. 6. Experience/knowledge translating user requirements into detailed technical specifications and participating in reviewing technical specifications and developed solutions 7. Epic Clinical Module Experience, preferred 8. Experience/knowledge in relational Databases and Structured Query language (SQL) including MS SQL Server (2005 and higher), DB2 and Oracle (10g or higher) or Epic Tools, preferred.
