Able to evaluate internal and external data to assess and predict community trends and opportunities for intervention. Subject matter expert on appropriate databases and resources such as Community Commons and Human Services, CDC, Healthy People 2020, etc. 2. Develop methodologies/protocols to acquire, manage, manipulate and analyze data related to Community Health (CH) strategy. Gathers and processes data related to CH strategies to ensure strategies are trending toward meeting objectives. 3. Uses advanced software applications e.g. spreadsheets, graphics, databases to collect, manipulate and report outcomes for CH strategies to key stakeholders. 4. Maintains dashboard of key CH metrics and responsible for upkeep of portals and sources of dissemination.
