If you’re a motivated, organized clinical manager with excellent communication skills and a heart for helping others, we want you on our team! The clinical manager is responsible for organizing and directing the daily operations of a specific branch or office. You’ll be working with a family-owned, dynamic, positive team that is passionate about delivering the very best in home health. As a Clinical Manager, you’ll be able to use your communication skills to to review patient services on a daily basis, and communicate with the Agency Scheduler. You’ll also be answering calls from referral sources, physicians, discharge planners, caregivers, patients, and staff, so strong documentation and coordination skills are a must-have. Other duties will include weekly patient care/team conferences, and you’ll also be responsible for employee compliance, quality assurance, updating and reviewing bills, and more. Although you’ll be spending the majority of time in our Nashville office, you will occasionally go into the field for special occasions. There will be occasional on-call, but only in an emergency situation. While there are no strict educational requirements for this position (you can have 1-3 years of home care experience and experience in RN case management), you must be an RN with a Tennessee license. Adequate knowledge of the state and federal regulatory guidelines regarding home health admission 3. Current CPR certification 4. Valid driver's license, current auto insurance, or access to reliable transportation 5. Advanced knowledge of the framework, organization, and functions of a home health care program, and knowledge of principles and methods involved in planning and in directing ancillary personnel 6. Knowledge of OASIS and Medicare home health regulations
