If this sounds like you, we’d love to have you as our next Clinical Director! The Clinical Director will be joining our team in Charlotte, NC, and will oversee the program while managing a small team of therapists. In addition to guiding patients through various therapeutic processes, you’ll also help to implement medical treatment for addiction issues that sometimes coincide with pre-existing conditions. As the Clinical Director, you'll also be part of a team that values focusing on family education, and implementing other modalities such as yoga, mindfulness practices, acupuncture, and more in a safe environment. A clinical license in the State of North Carolina and 5+ experience in the dual diagnosis and intensive outpatient treatment 2. A Master’s degree or higher in social work or related field and an LCAS license 3. Strong management experience and a polished professional presence 4.
