We are looking for a Director of Case Management with excellent leadership skills, the ability to form strong relationships with other staff members, and attention to detail. You’ll be joining an established, award-winning facility dedicated to serving the Las Vegas community with compassion and integrity. As the Director of Case Management, you’ll be working under the Administrative Director of Case Management, and you’ll be directing the case management program, which includes the functions of case management, utilization management, resource management, discharge planning and care coordination for the facility. You’ll be using your excellent customer service and communication skills to evaluate and assess the care and services provided by your staff, and you’ll also see that they have the training and education they need to do their jobs well. Along with your staff, the Director of Case Management will also provide consultations and education around the subject of case management to facility leadership, the Board of Trustees, and others. Minimum 5 years nursing experience in an acute hospital. 4. Minimum 3 years' experience of progressive management levels working area of case management and utilization review, in an acute care hospital 5.
