We are seeking a dedicated, talented RN to join our Medical Stroke Unit as the Assistant Nurse Manager. This RN has clinical and administration responsibilities to the unit on a daily basis. The responsibility includes unit administration, direct nursing care and coordinating activities with ancillary departments. The Assistant Nurse Manager reports to the Nurse Manager. Top "Must-Have" Skills for This Job – 1. ASN required, BSN highly preferred 2. Current RN license to practice in the state of Virginia 3. 2 years of recent acute experience required in a hospital, prefer 1+ years of experience in Medical Stroke setting. 4. Certification in the clinical specialty areas is preferred 5. 1+ years of leadership experience required
