We are seeking a Charge Capture Specialist to be the subject matter expert in charge capture monitoring, training, and oversight for clinical and revenue-generating departments. In this role, the Charge Capture Specialist will be coordinating associated data mappings for all order entry, ancillary, charge description master, and billing systems in order to reduce loss and late revenue. The Charge Capture Specialist will demonstrate a thorough knowledge of charge capture and charge reconciliation, as well as a working knowledge of laws and regulations pertaining to healthcare charge capture, billing and CDM/coding compliance. Requirements: • Thorough knowledge of charge capture and charge reconciliation • Working knowledge of laws and regulations pertaining to healthcare charge capture, billing and CDM/coding compliance • Prior hospital charge capture in a hospital or healthcare system • Bachelor’s Degree • 3 years of experience in charge capturing
