We are seeking a Registered Nurse who is passionate about professional development within the healthcare industry. Our Professional Development Department supports all five of our hospitals plus corporate operations to train and develop staff to excel and provide excellent healthcare to the communities we live in and serve. We work to build great teams and leaders. Our Assistant Manager of Professional Development will lead, grow, and assure integration of simulation-based learning (SIM) throughout our organization to meet identified objectives, plans, implements, and evaluates SIM experiences and resources, act as Training Center Coordinator (TCC) for the American Heart Association (AHA) Training Center Program. Master's degree in nursing required or in progress for completion within three (3) years. Degree program with a focus in health care education preferred 3. Five (5) years direct patient care required 4. Two (2) years direct supervisory experience required 5. Two (2) years in clinical education or similar training experience required 6.
