Are you a Brooklyn-based licensed clinical social worker with a passion for providing direct mental health services to patients and experience leading others? We'd love to have you join our team. As the behavioral health manager, you will be part of the first cohort of staff at a brand new clinical “hub,” a primary care practice with the feel of a community center. This center will be providing direct services to community members who face economic and social challenges. As part of our team you’ll be directly involved within the local community, and your work will frequently be field-based. Our organization deeply values meeting people where they are, both physically and emotionally. In this role, you’ll provide clinical supervision and managerial support to our team of behavioral health specialist. You’ll also act as a bridge to ongoing behavioral health services in the community, supporting existing services, offering crisis management, and will be an accessible resource to both members and their care teams from a behavioral health perspective. The Behavioral Health Specialists that you will supervise will be responsible for managing a team of Community Health Partners, non-clinical field-based team members who will be leading members’ care teams.
